The MIS Energen team is partnering with Alagasco this semester to design a mobile platform tool for customer support. The project scope includes a benchmarking analysis of the industry to ascertain key mobile trends in the energy sector, and to determine what mobile strategies businesses are leveraging to enhance customer support.
Following from this, the team is proposing wireframes and mockups that identify core functionality that will initiate increased user activity and encourage application download. In addition to ensuring relevancy in terms of availing core functionality and capabilities to customers, the proposed mockups adopt a thematic and visual consistency that conforms to Alagasco’ s branding. Key deliverables for the project include a requirements specifications and potentially building the user interface components for the final solution.
